It is the day before your wedding and by now, although you may feel jittery and anxious and possibly stressed, most if not all the major details have been ironed out. Have faith in your wedding party and key players. Know that the wedding day is only one day. It is a day with family and friends who will surround you and your new husband with love and well wishes. Before going to bed, practice deep breathing exercises to relax your mind and body. This will help to ensure a good night's rest. Laughter is the best beauty tip. A smile goes a long way.
